Our team processes orders within 24-48 hours and are processed during business days (Monday to Friday) with the exception of public holidays. Throughout the holiday periods, we may experience a higher than normal volume and processing times may take longer.

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

No. When placing your order please ensure the address you provide is a physical address and doesn’t contain any PO/APO/FPO or DPO addresses as we do not currently ship to them.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we’re only focusing on USA based markets, so we don’t offer international shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number link which you can follow. Don’t forget, you can track your order(s) through your account after logging in.

Will all of my items be shipped together?

We ship all items together at one time where possible. If your web order requires shipment from two of our warehouses – we will notify you by email. If any items are out of stock we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for the items we ship to you.

My order still hasn’t arrived and it says that its been shipped, what can I do?

The fastest way to find out where your package is, is to contact the shipping company it’s coming from. Quote your tracking number so that they can locate it for you. If you have trouble finding your order, shoot us an email at hello@barinutrition.com to see if our team can help you out.

  • Please remember that once your product has shipped through a carrier, it is out of our control if your order is delayed or lost in transit.

How do I return or exchange product purchased on the BariNutrition Online Store?

If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy, so let us make this right for you. Simply email to: hello@barinutrition.com and we will provide you with a return form which you must fill out and sign. Return the product with the form within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on expired  or opened products.

  • Returned products must be in its original, unopened state with the seal unbroken.
  • We will not exchange products that were part of a discounted bundle purchase.

I purchased from another vendor/store and wish to return my purchase, will BariNutrition process my refund or exchange?

We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee so be sure to take it back to the vendor you originally purchased from. Bring back the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) accompanied by the receipt, within 30 days to the place of purchase. Please note that expired product is not eligible for return or exchange.
