Protein Frozen Berry Smoothie


Make sure you have frozen fruits on hand for this delicious smoothie. We even recommend you add a half a scoop of BariClear into your smoothies to enhance your daily protein intake!

  • 3/4 cup of mixed berries
  • 1/2 frozen or fresh banana
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of BariClear


Combine ¾ cup of mixed berries, half a frozen or fresh banana, a handful of spinach, a tablespoon of ground flaxseed, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, and a cup of unsweetened almond milk, or milk of your choice. Add half a scoop of BariClear and blend until it reaches your desired consistency, adding additional almond milk to thin if necessary.
