Avocado Toast with Fried Egg

While bread is toasting, fry two eggs sunny-side up or over easy in a nonstick pan. Mash half an avocado directly on the toast, and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Layer on two slices of tomato and top with your eggs.
